Myanmar 2011 - MacLeod Island Diving - Gallery 2

Marine life on the local sites was quite variable. Where there were strong currents, large shoals of yellow-stripe goatfish would congregate. Large tassled Scorpionfish adorned many of the rock surfaces, some posing for some good photos. Nudibranchs, Moray Eels and the odd Octopus were also relatively common, and there were some of the more strange creatures around such as Robust Ghost Pipefish, Banded Snake Eel, Mantis Shrimp and a Little Seamoth.
