Red Sea 2010 - Day 3 - St. John’s Reef (2nd Day)

Our second (and final!) day at St. John’s started with a fantastic early morning dive as Habili Ghafer which is a very popular site - too popular in fact. It is a small circular reef which you swim around as you ascend - as all the divers are in one area, it is difficult to be on your own. The second dive was at the Cave Reef, which is spectacular with shafts of sunlight casting dappled beams into the caves and tunnels - fantastic! Our third dive was on our was North from St. John’s at a rarely dived Habili near Mikauwa Island - the vibrant colours of the reef top was the highlight of this dive!
