Pescador Island Baitfish ball video

Pescador Island lies in the Tanon Straits between the islands of Cebu and Negros. The waters here are deep and rich in biodiversity. A typical dive at Pescador starts on the Southern reef top before continuing along a steep wall on the east of the Island. The wall here drops hundreds of metres and is decorated with large fan corals gently swaying in the current and colourful soft corals. Evntually, you will approach the northern tip of the island - this is where the baitfish ball is found. Literally thousands of fish, mainly Sardines, come up from the depths and congregate in a massive swirling ball - fascinating to watch and a great way to end the dive - Enjoy this short video clip.
